Our spaghetti sauce starts with garlic and onions, then the best, juiciest, greenhouse-grown tomatoes from our favorite vendor, Fruitful Vines in Sullivan, Illinois. Then spices, and tomato paste to thicken. The sauce simmers on low for a very long time to give a rich, zesty flavor. Illinois State Fair-approved!
