Our homemade tomato soup is called Velvetty Smooth because it is made with a little flour and a little butter -- enough to give it a nice velvetty texture. Our tomato soup starts with locally-grown tomatoes (Fruitful Vines, Sullivan, IL) that are grown in a hydroponic greenhouse! They are picked ripe and flavorful and make for the Best Tomato Soup in Town!
