We were gifted 8 bags of apples and made everything from apple jelly to apple butter. Apple jelly is so fun to make! The juice of 5 lbs of Jazz apples foams up to barely boil over the pot in the most dramatic fashion, but then cools down to make golden jelly, so sweet and Jazzy! As of 11/10/24, we have 6 jars.
