So much excitement this weekend @ Casa Tiger -- Sue is going to be on TeeVee! I've been invited on ciLiving, taping on the 27th, and the segment will air in January, tentatively on January 2nd! Here is this week's videos that tell the whole story:
You may ask, "Why aren't you talking about peaches? Don't you have peaches in that freezer? And the first answer is, GREAT for knowing that we usually have peaches, and the second answer is, we are completely SOLD OUT of all things peaches, so this is the first winter that we didn't find bags of frozen peaches also in these freezers. About this, Sue is totally bummed. Plan for 2024!

I'm getting ready to do some applesauce, and as you saw in the top video, I discovered lots of yummy surprises in our freezers that I'll be canning in the near future.If you have ANY input into canning over the wintertime when local produce is not readily available, please let me know!
